Dress Code:

• We can only accommodate parties of 6 or fewer.

• While we strongly encourage reservations, walk-in seating is available.

• On-site parking is available, with additional parking right across the street.

• We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running late so that we do not cancel your reservation. Same day reservation cancellations after 4pm or no-shows may be subject to a $25 fee per guest.

• We do not offer takeout or delivery.

• Jettie Rae’s has a zero-tolerance policy towards the use of offensive language or behavior of any kind from guests towards other guests or our staff.

• No outside food or beverage is permitted in the restaurant without prior authorization.

• We request that you notify your server of any allergies. Not all ingredients are listed on the menu and we cannot always guarantee there will be no cross-contamination.

• We do not allow pets, emotional support animals, comfort animals or therapy animals in any of our indoor dining areas.  Trained service animals, animals trained for the benefit of an individual with a disability, are the only exclusion from Health Department rules prohibiting restaurants from allowing animals indoors.

Entrance is at the discretion of management. We reserve the right to refuse service to patrons who are inappropriately dressed, under the influence, and/or are wearing articles of clothing containing vulgarity or language that guests may find offensive.
